Staff Gender Pay Gap Information
As Trinity School has over 250 employees, we are legally obliged to report our gender pay gap each year. The School welcomes the transparency achieved by showing this information, it is recognised that there is a gender pay gap. The School adheres to national terms and conditions for School Teachers and Local Government Support Staff and therefore pays according to set pay scales. The gap is generally reflective of the fact that Trinity School has a higher percentage of females who work in part-time and term time roles mainly due to caring responsibilities, as well as lower graded roles. We are continuing to work on an action plan to close this gap.
