Staff Gender Pay Gap Information
Below is a weblink to the Government website legally reporting on the staff gender pay gap at Trinity School as a snapshot as at 31 March 2018 and 31 March 2017:
The School welcomes the transparency achieved by showing this information, it is recognised that there is a gender pay gap. The gap is generally reflective of the fact that Trinity School has a higher percentage of females who work in part-time and term time roles mainly due to caring responsibilities, as well as lower graded roles. We are continuing to work on an action plan to close this gap.
